I have enjoyed each and every moment during this retreat: weather, nature, food, activities...
The view we had from the villas still seems unreal to me. But what I have enjoyed the most was the people who joined this retreat and our lovely instructors. We were all so different but still had so much in common, and a lot of things to share and learn from each other.
Activities were combined perfectly and we had time for body recovery after/before exercising. I opened myself to something new and fun: Capoeira! Really enjoyed it a lot, especially singing in a group with all these wonderful people.
I would never have believed that it's possible to have such a variety in a vegan diet. I will never forget the vegan cheesecake and the vegan sushi. In less than a week I lost 0.7kg of fat and I gained muscle mass. I started feeling more energised in the mornings and generally throughout my day. I learned a lot, especially things related to nutrition and daily lifestyle. I found out that I was making a lot of mistakes during previous weight-loss challenges.
After the retreat I continue having a healthy lifestyle with good nutrition and daily exercise, and day by day I can see results and improvement in my body.
